Seasonal Pilates introduces you to the muscle/spinal and organ relationship.Each module focuses on certain exercises that are appropriate for each season of the year, thus helping our immune, digestive, lymphatic and energy systems.
Pilates teachers who hold a level 3 CYQ qualification and have been qualified for a minimum of 2years and wish to expand their knowledge using Oriental phylosophy can apply to attend the 5 seasonal weekends.
